Starseed people and spiritual practitioners are two groups of individuals who share a common interest in exploring the spiritual dimensions of reality. While there are some similarities between these two groups, there are also some important differences that set them apart.

While there is no definitive list of signs that someone is a Starseed, Spiritual Practitioner, Spiritual Worker or Lightworker, some common characteristics and experiences that are often associated with these individuals include:

- A sense of longing for something more, a feeling that there is a purpose or mission that they are meant to fulfill.
- A strong interest in spirituality, metaphysics, and the paranormal.
- An intuitive or psychic ability, such as clairvoyance, clairsentience, or clairaudience.
- A deep sense of empathy and compassion for others, often to the point of feeling overwhelmed by the emotions of others
- A desire to help others and make a positive difference in the world.
- An attraction to natural environments, such as forests, mountains, and oceans.
- A feeling of being drawn to certain symbols, such as the infinity sign, mandalas, or sacred geometry.
- An interest in ancient cultures and civilizations, particularly those that had advanced knowledge of spirituality and consciousness.
- A feeling of being guided or protected by spiritual beings, such as angels or spirit guides.
It’s important to note that not everyone who exhibits these characteristics is necessarily a Starseed or Lightworker, and that there are many different paths and ways of awakening to one’s spiritual purpose.

Spiritual practitioners seek to cultivate a deeper understanding of the nature of reality, the nature of the Divine, calling upon the Divine energies to affect change in theirs or their clients’ lives, seeking the meaning of life, and the purpose of existence. They may engage in practices such as rituals, readings, meditation, prayer, yoga, or energy work to enhance their spiritual growth and development.
DIFFERENCES BETWEEN STARSEEDS & SPIRITUAL PRACTITIONERS:
While there is some overlap between these two groups, there are also some key difference
- Starseed people tend to focus more on their personal spiritual experiences and connections to the Cosmos.
- While spiritual practitioners may be more focused on the study and practice of specific spiritual traditions or principles.
- Starseeds may also be more likely to embrace unconventional or alternative beliefs and practices, while spiritual practitioners may be more grounded in established spiritual traditions.
